What homeowners say about AmeriTribe

Absolutely amazing! They guided us through one of the roughest moments of our lives. Steve, Adam and the crew are wonderful. I cannot truly put into words what it is like to have someone walk us through every step of the insurance process and explain it to us. Go with them, You will not regret it

Had the best ever experience with these guys. After our dishwasher flooded our entire house downstairs, Adam came and performed the remediation that same day. Then Steve and team came and performed the rebuild with speed and skill! Also, these guys tell you when they’re going to be there, and they were always early or on time! I can’t say enough good things about Ameritribe. We will definitely be using their services in the future…hopefully not after a disaster next time. Pics are before and after.

Honesty, integrity, great work, and world class customer service! The crew at AmeriTribe treated me like family and worked hard to return my home to a place of safety for my family and I. I highly recommende AmerTribe for home restoration services. Honestly, other companies came out to provide estimates and told us the job was too much for them to handle. It was a tough job but AmeriTribe came through. Thank You to Amber, Chris, and all of the crew who worked hard to restore my family's home.

I had a fantastic experience with AmeriTribe! The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire restoration process. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish.

What really stood out was how much the team, specifically Amber, genuinely cared about me and my home. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and treated me with respect every step of the way. If you’re looking for a restoration company with dependable service and an outstanding staff, I highly recommend AmeriTribe!

It’s difficult to put into words how grateful I am to have worked with Steve and the entire Ameritribe team. Unfortunately I was dealing with the trauma of a burnt down house and was initially working with an unscrupulous contractor. My gut told me something was wrong as they started framing the house. I called Ameritribe to get another opinion and a quote. Steve went to the house, taking photos of the shoddy construction and taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the framing. I knew immediately I needed to work with him.

For the next 10 months, I worked closely with Steve and the team. They did the cleaning (everything from the crawl space to removing the soot, etc), fixed the shoddy framing and they built back the rest of the house. Steve was patient as I had some trust issues from the previous contractor, always taking the time to explain next steps and go over construction step by step so I understood what was going on. What really blew me away was how ethical Steve was. Steve not only went above and beyond, but always stood by his word and did what was right by me as the customer. That doesn’t happen often and I’ll admit, I can be nitpicky and a little difficult to work with. It didn’t seem to phase Steve at all.

During construction, one of the subcontractors messed up the sink installation and incorrectly cut the countertop in the kitchen. Steve worked around the clock to get them to fix their mistake with minimal timing disruption and made sure that I wasn’t charged any additional fees.

When I say he went out of his way to do the little things, I’ll give you another example. I had a small open gap in my side porch that I planned to cover with plywood. In passing, Steve said it would be better to use a sheet of metal so it would last longer. I was already over budget and didn’t want to pay extra so I said the plywood was fine. When I came back to the house a few weeks later, he had cut a sheet of metal for me. Things like these were thoughtful and honestly, just kind. I was already going through the worst time of my life with the house fire and to encounter someone who was just a good human, was really refreshing.

I’d also like to give Amber a shout out for quickly answering my calls and emails throughout this very lengthy process. I can’t say enough good things about Steve and the entire Ameritribe team - I highly recommend them.

I recently had to pause a crawl‑space encapsulation project after discovering possible asbestos. My contractor recommended AmeriTribe for the asbestos removal and air testing, and I’m extremely grateful they did. From the very beginning, Chris at AmeriTribe was exceptionally professional, responsive, and helpful in getting everything scheduled quickly.

The team completed the work efficiently and coordinated fast turnaround testing through the Norfolk labs to confirm the crawl space was safe. Their ability to complete the service and deliver results in a single day has allowed my contractor to stay on schedule and return to finish the project on January 22, 2026.

AmeriTribe’s professionalism, communication, and timeliness truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing asbestos testing or remediation
